Assessing D.E.I. for New Supervisors

New promotions often come with a desire to make changes. Before that happens a new supervisor should assess the situation to see what changes actually need to be made.

In this workshop presenter Jynai MacDonald from the Urban Impact Initiative gives a framework for looking at your organization and assessing how it stands in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion as well as tips on how to make changes if they are needed.

Select single individual sessions from our popular Supervisory Skills Series. This series of workshops is ideal for new supervisors to get the skills and knowledges needed to succeed. A trained supervisory team will improve any organization and lead to higher impact in aiding their communities.

The Future of Equity

Join us as presenters from the NCCJ (The National Conference for Community and Justice) discuss what they have learned by working with high school students in their teen programs. What lessons that older generations struggled to learn, do they already know? What is their ideal equitable future? And, importantly, what can we do now to prepare to turn the future over to them?
