Organization Description
HomeFront Strong (HFS) Connects is a community peer support program that links military connected volunteers to service members, veterans, and their families, (SMVF). Through these partnership, strengths are cultivated and barriers to resources are knocked down. HomeFront Strong Volunteers are also trained under HFS Storytelling, where service-related stories are developed and recorded to be shared according to the teller’s wishes.
