The Northeast Center for Youth & Families, Inc., a nonprofit agency based in Easthampton, MA, is looking for individuals of varying backgrounds and talents to join our board of directors. For over 40 years, our volunteer
board has provided guidance to its leaders regarding growth and stabilization of the agency, ensuring that we deliver high quality care to the individuals we serve while responding appropriately to changes in our community, and looking for new ways we can help our consumers live more meaningful lives.

We are looking for board members to provide foresight, oversight, and insight. Our Board members are the fiduciaries who steer the organization towards a sustainable future by adopting sound, ethical, and legal governance and financial management policies, as well as by making sure NCYF has the resources to advance its mission.
