NCCJ ELA empowers business leaders to become catalysts for change, equipping them with the knowledge, skills, and network necessary to drive meaningful and sustainable diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) initiatives within their companies. NCCJ ELA uses a 360° collaborative, hybrid approach, specifically for leaders to advance DEI by developing an understanding of the coexistence and intersectionality of nine social identities: Ability, Age, Body Size, Class, Gender, Race, Religion, Sex, and Sexual Orientation.
Our unique approach creates a professional network of NCCJ DEI experts, guest speakers, and committed professionals from various sectors, driving long-term sustainable change in organizations. The NCCJ ELA model is centered around identifying, advancing, and challenging perspectives to assist today’s leaders in developing unique employee value propositions and effective DEI strategies to drive greater impact on profit models and return-on-investment (ROI).
