Brightly colored and flavored cranberries have a rightful place during the holidays. We will be using both fresh and dried cranberries in recipes for Gingered Cranberry Chutney and Baked Brie using the chutney, Cranberry Orange Crunch Muffins, Cranberry White Chocolate Chip Cookies, Cranberry-Pecan Mini Loaves, and Baby Greens Salad with Pears, Cranberries, Goat Cheese and Pine Nuts.
