Learn simple techniques to build core resilience, balance the nervous system and deepen a healthy connection to your body. Each week we will gather online to practice shifting habituated patterns of holding stress and tune into your innate body’s wisdom. Some practices include mindfulness, gentle movement, brain and body balancing, guided visualization and boosting the immune system.
