A Stone’s Throw:

Throughout November this year at various Northampton venues, Available Potential
Enterprises, Ltd. (A.P.E.) and Central Hampshire Veteran Services will host a festival of visual
arts and performance called “A Stone’s Throw.”
Through the stories of veterans and their family members, “A Stone’s Throw” offers a
compelling and powerful window into how military service can have a ripple effect once a
service member returns home–an effect that impacts the service member, their family and,
more broadly, the entire community.
This festival reflects on a fundamental question: How can we come together in today’s divided
world to better understand one another and to bring a much-needed sense of belonging and
community into our lives?
