2023 HSF Legislative Reception

Due to the virtual format of this event, all registrants are required to provide an email address when registering.  All registrants will receive a zoom registration link 2 weeks before the event to the email address provided. In order to maintain a safe and secure virtual environment, each individual registrant must fill out a zoom registration to receive an individual, unique log in link.

• Join your colleagues, clients and community members as we engage with our state legislators at the annual HSF Legislative Reception.
• This unique event allows you to share a table, zoom style, with one of the western Massachusetts Representatives or Senators and speak directly with them on topics that are important to you.
• You and your concerns matter – raise your voice and your issue – Legislators want and need to hear from you.
• Don’t sit this one out – engage your voice and you can impact policy decisions!
• Share your story – let your representative know what policies and laws actually look like in action, in our families and our communities.

While we make every effort to respect your choice – preferences for invited legislators and breakout room assignments  are not guaranteed. Breakout rooms are assigned and early registration will give you the best chance to be at the zoom table with your representative.

**You can register up to 20 guests at a time. Due to the nature of this event you will need to complete a full registration for each each additional person.
