10th anniversary of the Western MA Health Equity Network

We hope you are able to join us for reflection, education, networking and celebration! We have planned this special event to coincide with the !10th anniversary! of the Western MA Health Equity Network which began in Fall 2014 with the first summit that many of you attended. We are excited to recognize all your hard work and successes this past decade and look forward to future work together.

Some more details:  We will run the morning like an open house, in case you can not attend the entire event, and we will have time and activities to:
